I have worked in the fitness industry since 2002 as a group fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. I customize exercise and nutritional plans to help my clients achieve their weight and fitness goals. In addition to this, I use my knowledge in Biomechanics to improve mobility and reduce discomfort for those who have injuries or persistent ailments.
Level 4
Sports Massage Therapist
As a level 4 Sports Massage therapist I am able to assess and treat injuries. Sports massage is suitable for both sports people and non-athletes alike. I can help with chronic pain, muscle aches, sciatica, frozen shoulder and other ailments.
Level 5
Clinical Reflexologist
Level 5 is the highest accredited Reflexology qualification in the UK. I use a clinical technique called Duopody to work the different body systems where by both feet are treated simultaneously. Clients I work with include those who have migraines, TMJ, sinus pressure, arthritis, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, epilepsy, irritable bowel syndrome, frozen shoulder and both sport and non-sporting injuries.
Advanced Facial Reflexologist
I am trained in the Ziggie Bergman award winning method of facial reflexology. It is based on the principle that there are areas (reflex points) on the face that are connected through the nervous system to a corresponding part of the body. When pressure is applied to these areas, the nervous system responds by restoring the homeostasis balance of the body.
Zone Face Lift (ZFL)
